Credit Committee

Functions and responsibilities of the Credit Committee:

1. Assist the BOD in the formulation of sound lending and collection policies, systems and procedures

2. Responsible for the credit management of the cooperative

3. In the performance of its functions, it shall process, evaluate and act upon loan application and withdrawal of deposits, except when the applicant is a member of the committee, in which case the application shall be acted upon by the BOD and exercise general supervision including collection over all loans to members

4. responsible for the formulation and conduct of financial and credit risk management training program.
