Functions and responsibilities of the Education and Training Committee:

1. Keep members, officers, staff well informed regarding cooperative goals objectives, policies, procedures, services, etc

2. Plan and implement educational program for coop members, officers and staff

3. Develop promotional and training materials for the cooperative

4. Conduct/coordinate training activities\
